Mário Trindade replaced trimmer André Fonseca, Bochecha, for training in Grandson, Switzerland. The athlete is responsible, along with Robert Scheidt and Gabriel Borges, for the speed of the boat in the upwind and downwind. Born in Rio de Janeiro, the athlete started sailing under the influence of his family and is inspired by Torben Grael, Ayrton Senna, as well as captain Robert Scheidt. He has two great achievements: the J70 World Cup, with a British team, in 2019, and the SB20 World Cup, with Brazil, the following year.
